voting

well, we voted ...

and it looks like the election may end up in court again.

ohio this time ...

perhaps we will eventually get to a point in societal evolution where none of this is even necessary, that each person will have the sense to be helpful and friendly and that money will be an archaic concept that is difficult for students in history class to grasp.

... or perhaps that is just wishful thinking on my part. if it is, it's a nice thought.

    gdawgg,

you presume much in your arrogance. it is such arrogance that divides this country. you might inquire as to which "kind" i am a part of rather than jump to conclusions. you might also take note that the resultant society i descibed is of *people* taking responsibility and helping each other, not government being responsible for everyones welfare. in your arrogance, you ignore a great deal. in your arrogance, you drive away many who would otherwise be allies. in your arrogance, you made the election closer to an even split than it should have been.

    musophrenia,

i can vote without getting anywhere near a politician (thank god!!) should that cease to be the case, we are all in far more trouble then we ever want to face ... but for now at least, i don't have to worry about the dandelion scent while voting ... ;)
